Failed renders are refunded automatically. Credits go straight back into your balance. You never pay for something that didn't work.

Every render is native 768P from MiniMax H3 with built-in synchronized audio and voice. 2K is available on any pack at 2× credit cost per second. Native audio, sound effects, and lip-synced dialogue are included at no extra credit cost — the model generates everything in one pass.
Videos are held in memory only during your active session. Download them right after they render or they may disappear when we redeploy. Deliberate choice — cheaper, faster, less of your content on our servers.
Correct. We run MiniMax H3 with content_filter set to false. You're responsible for what you make. The model itself refuses to generate CSAM or non-consensual likenesses of real people. Everything else is on you.
